REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions for a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must still have its tags (if any).
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

An item that has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original packaging cannot be returned, unless the reason is a defect or a mistake on our part (see “Damages and issues” below).

To start a return, contact us at walkikidscontacto@gmail.com. Returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will tell you how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and fix the issue — in these cases, the refund or exchange is handled at no cost to you, regardless of the condition of the packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items for hygiene reasons, sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once the return is accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take some additional time to process it).
